Worked with a leading mid-size private equity firm to evaluate the executive team of a pre, then post-acquisition portfolio company.  Provided a map of executive and functional strategic strengths and skill gaps that enabled strategic hiring, coaching, development and a merger and acquisition integration plan.

When a leading management development company was mired in what they described as a "paralyzed, toxic culture", we helped assess and diagnose the obvious and the unrecognized sources of employee and partner discontent.  A  facilitated and collaborative process was implemented to develop a shared vision for the future, develop team charters and execute a change and transition plan.  Our efforts helped improve the culture assessment scores and business results within the first year.

The Founder of a high profile non profit had become the victim of her own success.  The staff had tripled along with the revenues, but now the absence of formal HR policies and systems was causing turn over and posing major legal and public relations risks.  We worked with the team to implement the appropriate HR systems, define optimized job roles, document policies and procedures, write an employee handbook / personnel file procedures, strategic performance metrics, management dashboards, and templates for individual development plans.
