Todd Langton
Founder and Principal
Todd Langton is passionate about talent management and development planning as an organizational leader and as a service provider. As an entrepreneur he led an Inc 500 award winning leadership development and training service company and as a non-profit leader he served as Chairman of the Board of the nation’s largest non-profit cancer research event fundraiser. Todd was one of the original founders and President of Linkage, Inc, Chairman of the Board of the Pan Mass Challenge, President of the MacJannet Foundation and founder and President of TGL Associates.
Before starting TGL Associates, Todd helped found and served as President of Linkage, Inc., a global organizational and leadership development consulting and training company started in 1990 and an “Inc. 500” award winner with offices in Atlanta, Boston, Brussels, Bucharest, Johannesburg, London, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Singapore, and Tokyo. Todd served as Linkage’s President and as a member of its’ Board of Directors and helped manage the sale of the organization to a private equity firm.
Todd serves or has served in several leadership positions and on the board of directors of several organizations including:

Chairman of the Board (emeritus) and current board member of the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC). The PMC is the number one athletic fund raiser in the nation giving 100% of revenues raised to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The PMC has donated nearly $1 billion over the years to cancer research donating $63 million last year.

President, The MacJannet Foundation - an international foundation founded in Geneva, Switzerland which promotes global citizenship, voluntarism and educational exchange. The Foundation supports the Tufts European Center among others and awards The MacJannet Prize for Global Citizenship for the best university based volunteer programs from around the world.

Todd graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University, studied International Law at the Geneva Institute in Switzerland, and Business Administration at Boston University. Todd speaks fluent french and is an avid cyclist, skier, gardener and fly fisherman.
